Hotel Riyadh Policies
To help make your stay at Holiday Inn Meydan in Riyadh as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 6 years old and over stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Holiday Inn Meydan, an IHG Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that steam room and spa facilities are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work. The swimming pool is temporarily closed and not available for use due to maintenance work. As of the 1st of August 2021 and as per the instructions of Ministry of Health, all guests and hotel visitors must have Twakkalna App on their mobile phones with immune status (Dark Green). Non compliance will result in barring guests or visitors from entering the hotel facilities. As of August 11, 2021 and in compliance with the Ministry of Health instructions ,hotel buffet service will be temporarily closed and all the meals will be served to the guest room. As usual, room service will remain open 24/7 hours.
